Every Saturday 10pm – 12pm at 1st Bridgend scout hall Minerva Street in Bridgend, Parents need to stay and watch during the classes. For those who have never experienced Aikido before the first lesson is free.
Children are taught through play, utilising training aids and before they know it our younger members are learning techniques and principles that not only advance their Aikido ability, but also benefit them in everyday life. This benefits their confidence, focus, coordination, concentration and ability to remain calm under pressure – all crucial life skills to succeed. How better for a child to learn than through fun and with laughter?
The lessons will provide learning through a combination of games and structured lessons with fully qualified British Aikido Board instructors who are also DBS checked.
The juniors are the future of Aikido and to teach them is a privilege.
